Gloops had very nearly ceased and density <1 so I've called it and bottled this 'speriment. It's still prettily pink and tasting promising, quite winey, noticeably lemony. Actually yummy enough that I kept wanting to drink some during bottling. Patience Montjoye! Final density 0.994. I work that out as 8.4% alcohol. Plus the extra bit from the carbonation sugar. It should be drunk with wine type caution. I have 2doz and nearly five small bottles, so a good use of the green bottles from mrsbrown.




Tasted after a few weeks for carbonation- not terribly pleasant, vinegar was very forward
After 4mths it has smoothed out and is very drinkable, yay.
