It's a holiday apparently

What a beautiful day! I should have done laundry. It's sunny and breezy. I didn't because I thought I would go out, but I failed to organise that. I only had enough emotional energy to make one approach, and that house turned out to be lurgified so not visitable. I went for a couple of short walks instead. One to deliver an envelope, one to the dangerously close big green church.  At least I got out in the sun.

The mild lurgy symptoms persisted for 2 days. I seem to be ok today after two days of rest and lots of sleep. A bit emotionally fragile, but that might be unconnected.

The party garment is done, but worthy of it's own post. I was going to proceed and make a new shirt, but I think the one I have will work well. Of course I've already covered the cutting table with stuff I'm considering for the next few projects, then walked away with brain overload. Where on earth did I put the brass fittings I bought at Festival?

It took nearly three days but the new lager has finally started fermenting. Whew. It's about time to check the other fermenter to see if that ale is ready to bottle.

This week I need to focus on food plans, cooking stuff and clearing the house. Ideally I'll conquer all piles of random and even clean the front door. Or maybe not.
