I LOVE these shoes. I've had them maybe 15yrs or so? So elegant, interesting design, high quality and comfortable to boot. They were the first pair I spent serious money on- and that was at about 65% off. Made by Bruno Magli. I had seriously admired them in Sydney DJ's when on display in the "expensive shoe department" . Then later I found them in a heavily reduced bin, missing a button, in my size! I got creative and a made a pretendy replacement button out of taffeta. It works just fine at normal shoe viewing distance.
Being white has limited their wear a bit. Not such a bad thing. They are very good quality but of a rather delicate constitution, they won't take heavy wear. They did however go with today's work outfit beautifully. I'm having a good time wearing my pretty shoes to work. I haven' much excuse to wear them in leisure time these days. Must go to more concerts- but they generally involve significant walking anyway.
