Bitter Ale two months later

YAAAy. All that setting up a brew gave me a thirst. All that talk of bitterness sparked my curiosity. I just poured one of my bitter ales and it is drinkable, seems to have lost that evil bitter edge. So pleased! I so didn't want to lose a brew. I shall label it to celebrate.
