Oh the wonder, the ease

of a garden hose with a trigger nozzle, both of which I have just acquired after 5.5yrs gardening without them. Less watering can muscles for me but I can water my garden while my arm is sore.

Plus, I have the added bonus of a shiny new tap in all it's golden brassy glory. So pretty. I'll enjoy it while it lasts. (the old one was leaking badly and broke during attempts to fix it).



the new path is still under construction and looking even better than yesterday. More pics when it is done, maybe tomorrow? I've just hosed brickdust off the plants so they can respire.


In other news
-my frock is fixed for the spectucular party this weekend, YAY.
-a lunch date has been sorted with old friend T and family in their new house, YAY.
-I'm taking Friday off for a mini holiday so this evening marks midweek. Maybe that is why I feel tired and a bit discombobulated.
