Hooray Hoorah!
I'm interested to find that this phrase, well remembered, comes from the BBC series and not from the book! Strange. (as a result, the last section of the first disc of the above is playing now :-)
Regardless, I'm so pleased to have this done. Shelves are plywood left over from the cutting table top. Kindly cut out by douskasmum on her table saw this morning, along with the rails cut from an offcut. I've done the rest, covered the new shelves in acid free cartridge paper and run out of steam. Loading the new shelves up can wait for later. I will say, this cupboard looks neat but is so not square!
I've decided to leave the other end cupboard for rolls of fabric, at least for now.
