Jethro made me some crab apples. Isn't he clever! a whole seven of them in his first year.
So what can one do with seven crab apples other than admire their shiny redness? Maybe crabapple and rhubarb jelly? I want to shift the rhubarb which means I'd have to strip it anyway. Not sure I have time this weekend?
